Since I found a BAM booklet during a
hospital stay two years ago you have kindly been sending me these
bi-monthly. I have read them and pass them on to friends or leave them
in waiting rooms, libraries, etc. More importantly I pray for the Lord's
blessing on them. " A.S. (Isle of Lewis)
From Swaziland
"I have received the last mailing : all the
publications you mail to me I can use as a teacher and pastor. We are
presently studying the Gospel of John and the series Pictures of Jesus

minutes for both announcements and devotions. " Ncandvweni High School Mbabane

Last month, Andy Paine held two bible seminars in Andhra Pradesh, one
sponsored by BAM is at the Mercy Mission loctaed in Vizianagaram and
directed by Charly Tom. More than fifty pastors and leaders were called together
for this two day conference when serious study of the Word of God is coupled
with fellowship. Many of the pastors working in isolated village
greatly value this annual event.
Prayer is still needed for the situation in
the State of Orissa where persecution is directed against Christian
worshippers
Fifteen students from the one year course
in evangelism sponsored by BAM at the Christian Renewal
Bible School in Vizianagaram received their certificates at the graduation
ceremony this year. Most of them already have appointments as trainee
pastors in village churches in Andhra Pradesh. Many hundreds gathered for
this special occasion of praise and thanksgiving
Albania
BAM has made a further
contribution to help in the clearing of the outstanding payment on the sea
front church premises purchased by Saranda Evangelical Church. This thriving
church has many activities and its witness is evident in the town. It was
founded soon after Albania became free from the Communist yoke and when
prisoners where saved on reading BAM tracts floated across from Corfu were
released from prison.
