“As for God, his way is perfect” [II Samuel 22:31(NIV)]

“As for God, his way is perfect”. In whatever man says or does there will be a flaw, it will not be perfect; some aspect or fact of it will let you down.
Not so the Lord. “Trust Him wholly, and find Him wholly true”, as the line of the hymn says. So you can depend upon Him to lead you aright today. You can be sure that He will act in perfect love towards you: He understands and cares for all that is involved. No need to fear weakness in one area or of something being not quite right.
This contrasts so much with man’s way that we find it difficult to appreciate. Most of all we need to walk in His perfect way. Accepting the truth of His perfection is of no practical use to us until we walk in it.
