“enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul” [Acts 9:11]

“enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul” .We should not forget the house of Judas. If Judas had not lived in Straight Street, Saul could not have been found there though Ananias knocked on every door. No great acclaim for what Judas did – he just offered to put up travellers and encouraged them along the way. Judas was at least sympathetic to the Christians if he was not one himself. He must have tried to give comfort and succour to Saul, though perhaps a little suspicious of him.
Put simply, he did not mind taking on Saul of Tarsus, a man confused, temporarily blinded, covered in dust and most likely forsaken by his entourage. You may feel you can identify with Judas. The Lord will bless you if you have the same ministry.
