“The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul” [Proverbs 13:19]

“The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul”. This is especially so when it is a noble desire. There is no satisfaction like the job well done. God’s plan extends to the smallest things in life and is undertaken by the humblest of persons.
Patient perseverance is a valuable addition, for the greater the task the more is needed. It is a great help to be able to see what the end product will look like. A good idea of what you’re aiming for is half-way to hitting the target.
The lazy man knows nothing of this and will finally have to go ferreting for his buried talent which he will ashamedly be made to produce and immediately lose. A godly aim attained will bring a good reward and lasting contentment.
