“the one who wants to teach you for your own good” [Isaiah 48:17(GNB)]

“the one who wants to teach you for your own good” .The Lord who saves us wants to teach us for our own good. Some lessons in life seem unnecessary: many are difficult and we would escape the course if we could.
All who have placed their lives in the hand of the Lord, having repented of their sin, called upon Him for forgiveness, received the assurance of salvation and His gift of eternal life, know that all things work for good.
At the beginning of the way we know nothing: the Lord walks with us and in all life’s varying emotions and seasons we may discern every lesson to have been arranged by the Master for our good.
He does not withhold or take away, as some may think, but gives generously into every part of our life.
