“put my money to the exchangers” [Matthew 25:27]

“put my money to the exchangers”. Jesus told the Parable of the Talents to emphasize our responsibility to do something with what we have now. Five simple suggestions for the one-talent holders:
1. Write a letter of comfort, encouragement, sympathy as the occasion demands.
2. Use your telephone to testify to a friend about God’s goodness to you.
3. Ask the Holy Spirit to lay upon your heart someone for whom you should pray regularly and do so.
4. Go out of your way and make a special effort to be considerate to someone whom you naturally find it hard to get
on with. They will be surprised and you will be blessed.
5. Speak a word in season – ask the Lord to reveal to you both time and place.
