“see a man who told me all things that I ever did” [John 4:29 (RAV)]

“see a man who told me all things that I ever did”. Something of an exaggeration? It is unlikely that Jesus told the woman at the wellside all she had done but He obviously told her enough to make her think He could tell her it all, and she was right.
The same holds for anything to do with the Lord Jesus. If He keeps one person, He’ll keep them all. If He helps you in one tight corner, He’ll not desert you in the next. If He met your need yesterday, why do you think He’ll leave you today?
When you know the Lord, this woman reminds you what you should be doing – you should be telling others about Him.
