“So is everyone who is born of the Spirit” [John 3:8(RAV)]

“So is everyone who is born of the Spirit”. Jesus used the wind to illustrate to Nicodemus the ministry the Holy Spirit would have in his life when he was born again.
The wind blows where it will – you cannot predict the course it will take.
You can hear the wind, but cannot see it – what you see is the effect it is having on people and things.
The origin and destination of the wind are not known – you don’t know why it comes as it does or what course it will take before it subsides. How does this illustration relate to your experience? Don’t build a wall to block the Holy Spirit working in your life. There is no knowing what the Lord will do other than whatever the Spirit does will glorify Jesus.
God grant us some evidence that the wind is blowing!
