“God has revealed them to us through his Spirit” [I Corinthians 2:10(RAV)]

“God has revealed them to us through his Spirit”. The Apostle Paul writes about the hidden wisdom of God – something that the rulers and nobility of this world knew nothing of, or they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. In another passage he tells us that not many wise or mighty are called but that God has chosen the weak things of this world – ‘the nobodies’ as we might say – to display His love and salvation.
All this is the unseen ministry of the Holy Spirit. He it is who leads us into all truth. And because the Spirit presents Jesus throughout the world, His ministry is reaching and felt by believers everywhere.
Jesus said He would pray the Father to send the Holy Spirit. We must pray for the Spirit’s revelation in all things.
