“Behold, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord” [Psalm 134:1(RAV)]

“Behold, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord”. The servants of the Lord are called to bless or worship the Lord. Those about whom the Psalmist was writing were expected to readily do this. Rather, their calling to serve in the house of the Lord was a great honour. It delighted their heart: they sang and worshipped as they waited or served in the Lord’s house.
Some of Christ’s service is difficult and can be dangerous. It may call for every ounce of strength you have.
Yet, whatever it is and wherever your lot is cast, you may bless the Lord in the activity (or inactivity as happens to some) of the day.
On the darkest day, in the tightest situation, lift your heart up to Him. Lift your eye of faith heavenward and bless the Lord.
