“He gives power to the weak” [Isaiah 40:29(RAV)

p>“He gives power to the weak”. The Lord can confidently give this promise because the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth neither faints nor is weary.
Do you ever run out of strength; out of moral courage to do that which you know to be right? Do you begin only to find you have not the strength to complete?
Does there seem to be a hidden force that is greater than that which you can muster? A sort of bias that turns you in a way you don’t want to go?
Do you see so much more you could do if you had time and energy; ways your life might be a blessing in greater measure?
Then in the measure in which you feel weakness, the Lord will pour His strength – but only if and when you place your vessel beneath the Divine supply.
