“To whom then will you liken God? “. Any who would do justice to the answer should read the ensuing verses written by the prophet Isaiah in this chapter.
They are a salient reminder to those who consider God to be as a man, and a disinterested one at that.
God will not be manipulated and cannot be hoodwinked. He sees through your elaborate façade even when you believe your own imaginations. Furthermore, He cannot be ignored – or if you do so it is at your peril.
He is a gracious and loving heavenly Father seeking not the death of any sinner. His love is best expressed in the gift of His Son.
He pours strength into all who will recognise their need and turn to Him for help and salvation.
