“Bring me another vessel” [Kings 4:6(RAV)

“Bring me another vessel”. When this widow went to the prophet for help he told her to gather empty vessels from all her neighbours, go into the house, close the door and pour oil from her one small jar into all the containers; then sell the oil and pay her debt.
She did this and the vessels were all filled and she said, “bring me another vessel”. She wanted to continue.
God can and will fill empty vessels placed beneath His divine supply. Sometimes there is only one opportunity for such a miracle as this widow experienced. It was no use her opening the door and going seeking other empty vessels. It seems as though she had all that were available, anyway.
We need to put ourselves where God’s blessing is flowing. Be ready for a supply that will meet your every need because God is ready to meet every one.
