“Serve the Lord with gladness” [Psalm 100:2]

<b>“Serve the Lord with gladness”.</b> There are times when this reminder is timely:
When asked to do something we would not choose.
When the job in hand calls for special grace.
When we go for a long period without any obvious result.
When our lamp burns low or we are asked to donate the last thing that is left.
When bereft or bereaved or when loneliness is our only companion.
Remember the Lord put you where you are for a purpose and He will provide all that you need as you step forward in faith. You could be doing (accomplishing) nothing or worse still serving the devil. If you’re in the Master’s service, it’s life’s highest calling – be glad about it!
